@pathkindlabs The most pathetic experience ever. Covid swab samples were collected on 7thApr'21 and today after 4days of continuous calls I am told that "ur samples have gone missing!" Joke isn't it? Moreover your staff has no sense of guilt and is throwing tantrums for a refund.
