@LenMacPT@Hewett1Tim How much of this varies upon the PF completing the rehab? @darmasports does a lot of quad tendons but we don’t see the lack of strengthening unless the person came in weaker than normal expectations. Our objective testing and rehab followed by a required bridge program works.
3 months post Tommy John.
Working with @RokesPT and @CoachRoseADPQC making sure legs and core continue to get stronger, and upper body returns to full strength.
Throwing starts in January.

Wise people ask themselves three questions:
1) What outcome do I want?
2) What work do I need to do to achieve the outcome?
3) What events and situations will I need to navigate along the way?
The O you get is determined by the R you choose.
"Leaders take teams to a place that goes beyond talent.
Leaders create culture.
Culture drives behavior.
Behavior produces results.
Your team will perform this year based on the culture that your leaders build." @TimothyKight
Change your habits…change your path
1. Breakfast everyday- start getting calories in early
2. Prioritize sleep
3. Hydrate as soon as you wake up and carry h2o everywhere you go.
These basics are low hanging fruit for athletes but have the power to create change
Many may not want to hear this but it’s 💯 % the athlete’s responsibility to ensure they are fueling, hydrating, and sleeping properly heading into game day.
No one can force anyone to do anything.
We are each responsible for controlling our controllables.
There’s so many athletes given every resource and tool but often they don’t use those tools or apply them consistently.
The lack of follow through in
Nutrition, Recovery, Sleep and Hydration WILL eventually catch up with an athlete.
Failing to fuel and take care of the body will eventually impair performance, Injury and illness risk, muscle and bone density, and overall training adjustments.
If you’re a student-athlete wanting to compete at the next level in college or go pro you should leave absolutely nothing up to chance. Take care of your controllables!
It feels like you’ll never get your chance.
It feels like the moment will never come.
Train for it.
Prepare for it.
Treat every tiny opportunity like the biggest.
You’ll either grow it from the ground, or it will feel like it popped out of nowhere.

When a conversation is difficult and full of emotion, wise people don’t react, they respond. They are thoughtful and intentional. They are discerning and disciplined. They listen to understand, and they speak with the intent of bringing clarity and perspective to the conversation.
Unwise people get caught up in their emotions and react with heat rather than light. They don’t listen, and they speak impulsively and recklessly. The result is escalated anger, diminished clarity, rash words, hurt feelings, and damaged relationships.
Sometimes we simply lack the wisdom and discipline to be quiet, listen, and seek to understand. Beware of getting caught in the gravitational pull of impulsive emotion. Emotionally impulsive declarations are terribly divisive and do enormous damage to people, relationships, families, teams, companies, and entire communities.
