Sure, qgis has his stability issues, but damn, Arcgis Pro is more unstable than I feared. Even without extensive analysis or use of big datasets. Any tips #gischat?

@MaxLenormand@fortiain@pokateo_ True. In my experience basic GIS is getting more incorporated into websites and software. But still many companies and organisations underuse GIS. Inhouse GIS promotion is still very much needed
@MaxLenormand@pokateo_@fortiain I fully agree. I just wanted to add that the gaps between GIS, IT, policy/business people are getting more complex to bridge and also demands for GIS and geo data are growing so importance of GIS-specialised management is increasing rapidly, at least in the Netherlands
@pokateo_ Gis can be so much more than programming and analysis. It's also about data management and governance, geo data infrastructure, cartography, and more. My advice to anyone who enjoys using GIS is to figure out what aspect of GIS they enjoy the most.
