Booked @Alitalia 3 times recently. 3 times flight cancelled 24hrs prior. This is BAD business. I got refunded but not the point. Last min cancellation=ruined plans at a time when nothing about flying is flexible. How can it happen every time?Btw it wasnt a holiday,HAD to be there
