Today's keyholder session concluded successfully. All necessary signatures were obtained. We successfully tested the backup flow that can be used by the tzBTC keyholders. We are now finalizing the frontend and concluding some tests on the mainnet setup.

Also note that testing might currently be challenging due to the ongoing Bitcoin Testnet Wars. As a result, your transactions, or necessary forwarding transactions for a test wrap, might not succeed or could be delayed significantly.

Whilst the new automated workflow for tzBTC 2.0 works well and is ready for mainnet, the manual backup flow proved to be a bit less flexible than we initially thought. Problem solved, thanks for your patience. New timeline: keyholder meetings next week and go live the week after.

We noted that our current BTC wallet was not able to sign our smart contracts in combination with the hardware wallets. We decided to change the wallet software and made a change to the processors. We will deploy the testnet again next week mainnet launch the week after.
