@OlgaK2013 I don’t think refinaries affect the export of oil - russia would actually have more oil to export, refineries refine oil into gasoline, kerosine, etc. Crude oil export doesn’t need a refinery

Isn’t it their job to know? HR is there for this reason, it’s one of their job functions to fire people and they have to be prepared.
