@HMRCcustomers I've used your online system to try to access my self assessment return but it's confused with multiple ID numbers registered to my email. Tried calling and online chat but both busy with no reply. How can I get in touch with anyone to resolve this?

@HMRCcustomers Yes. I have an account but it says I have used a different one for self assessment. When I try to reset the password for that I think it thinks I want to reset for my other account. That's why I need to speak to someone to look at my account but can't get through to anyone.
