I've just released my Cepheus as a limited edition.

This is a 4 panel mosaic comprising the constellation of Cepheus (and a little Cassiopeia). It holds over 20 hours of exposure shot from pristine dark skies in Kerry, Ireland.

@2147mill Well you have to include the multiplier affect of leverage in a rising market. That return could be more like 15-20% once you account for the mortgage. What would your stock market return be if you put your mortgage into the stock market and rented instead.

@SparkingFIRENC We took a year to travel in our mid twenties and we have zero regrets. It’s easy enough to travel pretty cheap.

@SparkingFIRENC Yes totally but just depends on if you have kids or not. You might want to save that gap year for when kids arrive as you’ll really want to spend time with them instead of working and to ease the stress of it. It’s another level of difficulty working full time and raising kids.
