Police arrested two minor child, one aged around 9 years (girl child) and another around 3 years (boy) because her brave father Mr Totomshana Nongshaba frequently speaks against the failed Government to end the Year long violence in Manipur. Eye witnesses allege in social media that the girl child was molested inside the Police vehicle in front of her father. Later the girl was lying unconscious on the ground. There is no women Police personnel. All are handle by male Police personnel. Many viral videos are circulating in social media on the incident specially on facebook. I strongly condemn this incident.
