when a lady doctor exposed the so-called dog bite data from the government and these dog-haters in front of the judges,

I want to ask these judges that when the lady doctor mentioned her experience working with ministries in the Netherlands and Singapore, why did they immediately say, “Just talk about India, don’t talk about abroad?” And 𝙙𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙨𝙖𝙢𝙚 𝙟𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙖𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙡-𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙨 when they say “there are no dogs in New York, there are no dogs here or there”

The reason- Cement Road was freshly being laid in front of the “great” judge’s house and they didn’t want the #dog to walk over it and leave its footprints!
