@UlstersConcern @News_Letter It’s a certainty there will be a border poll. Unionists who are barely scraping 40% of the vote now will likely need to find an extra 12-15% from somewhere to maintain union at a time when London is tight with the pennies. Thus the fear of even having a democratic vote.

Gaelic is a family of languages of which Irish is one just like English and Scots are part of West Germanic family of languages. And by the way archaic Irish was spoken long before German invaders brought early English to Britain.
