Usually volunteers for a VO2max test during labs are hard to come by but runner Fionntan was quick to put his hand up today. I now know why after seeing him run π³ This is him making 17.5km/h look like a stroll πΆ He ended up with a VO2max score of 64ml/min/kg π«π«πͺ
