@AskDyson we've been trying to get our dyson vacuum repaired for 2 weeks and twice have been told to expect the machine to be collected and it hasn't been so 2 completely wasted days and now we can't get any response from customer services via WhatsApp! Unbelievably poor service!
Poor customer service from @UKEnterprise, add unjustifiable charges, ignore attempts to discuss and don't even bother to read complaint emails properly. Avoid this company like the plague!
@SubwayUK just grabbed some lunch from the Beckenham store and despite it clearly being a very busy lunchtime, the whole team were working efficiently and everyone was extremely polite and very friendly! Great Job!

@Dignity_UK R Highs & Sons (Faversham) did my father's funeral yesterday and they could not have done a better job! They were compassionate, caring and so supportive before, during and after the funeral. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!

@DPDgroup_news this is how you treat our food delivery! Every week your driver dumps it and runs before we can confront him leaving us various issues from open boxes to wet boxes! If we had a choice of carrier for our delivery, it would be anyone but you!
@HelloFreshUK once again piss poor delivery by DPD! Last week the box was wet! Every week it's just dumped on the floor and the driver is speeding off up the road before I've even answered the door! We are both frontline NHS workers having to isolate and we get treated like this!
@LidlGB You dont know which member of staff I'm talking about so how will this be dealt with so that it doesnt happen again? I think I will go back to the store and discuss this with the store manager directly.
@LidlGB member of staff in your bromley store this afternoon supposed to be helping customers at the self service tills is unbelievably rude and sarcastic and walked away when challenged! Disgraceful!

@HelloFreshUK love the food but 3rd week in a row that delivery has been dumped on the doorstep and left whatever the weather with DPD driver racing off into the distance! The box is always damaged/open and contents in a sorry state! Need a better quality courier!
