I've been following up with @Cleartrip for refund of my air tickets of @IndiGo6E and @fly91_IN but they aren't replying. It is almost 10 days now. Should the airlines and @MoCA_GoI not be worried about the acts by the travel partners?

I booked Goa Pune tickets on @IndiGo6E and return tickets on @fly91_IN both through @Cleartrip. I have to cancel my trip. The refund calculation shows zero refund. But if I don't travel am I not entitled for refund of airport charges and taxes? @MoCA_GoI pls clarify who will pay.

@IndiGo6E It's just because of a monopoly.. you are able to do this even to senior citizens and even bluchip members

Why is the seat auto assign feature not showing when free seats are full? @IndiGo6E @MoCA_GoI i was forced to select a seat and pay ₹306 today. Isn't it an unfair policy?

@IndiGo6E If that is the case why do you mention #mandatory #webcheckin ? Are you not aware that once the #freeseats are full.. your system forces travellers to pay for seats when they checkin? @MoCA_GoI please check

Today i went to the #bharattaxi counter at #Delhi T3 to book an outstation trip. the person at the counter instead of booking on tab called a person to negotiate offline. I walked off, booked much lower at #ola Such touts will spoil #bharattaxi name of @MinOfCooperatn @AmitShah

@DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI is this normal? To send a mail saying your connecting flight is cancelled and a defective plan b link? If not for the friendly efficient ground staff.. I would have been stuck. I will reach home 15 hours behind schedule..

Thank you @IndiGo6E ground staff at #imphal airport for making efforts to give me alternate flights. I should have been home last evening (in 8.5 hrs) but finally on my 3rd plane and will reach home 25 hours after reporting. My priority was to get home.. but was it #fair?

There are no #cabs or #autorickshaws who accept @Olacabs requests in #Solapur . Why even show that #ola has a presence here. It misguides and wastes time of those who try to book.

Shameful system of @ICICIBank_Care @ICICIBank sending notices of 0.75 paise and charging penal charges wrongly and not even replying to emails of replying satisfactorily at customer care or relationship manager. You guys have lost my account fully today.

We rode a @Uber XL today from Vadodara airport. The cab driver Arjunsinh Solanki was very nice, polite, efficient. But the counter staff at the airport pick up point were a bunch of rogues. trying to misguide uber customers and push them to private vehicles. @Uber_Support pl note

Once again I got a @Uber_India driver wearing no seat belt and watching reels on his phone while driving at a good speed at 3am. It needed a scold from me for him to stop looking at the phone. I hope @Uber_Support takes the rating and safety comments of users seriously.

Need to start the day with some positive feedback for @IndiGo6E #hyderabadairport check-in staff have been very very helpful and kind to passengers even at 3am. The executive at @EncalmIndia lounge was very efficient completing the process super quick with a 😊
