On World Polio Day — Oct 24th Rotarians registered 6500 events in 146 countries. They raised $700,000 online, matched by Gates by another $1.4m.
It was twice what we raised in the last year. Most grateful.
There were over 90 stories global main stream media with Rotary emphasis.
