@WestMdiRailway how can delay repay decline a claim of a CANCELLED train - is that not 15 minutes or more delayed?!? A cancellation which meant I had to get a different route, stood for 60% of that journey, miss my ongoing journey and I can't be compensated a measly £15. Dire!
