برادر من #جهانگیر_کاظمی (میلاد) اصلا بلد نیست با اسلحه کار کنه و سربازی معاف شده ۲۴ دی ماه وزارت اطلاعات کرج وقتی برادرم با دو تا دختر خردسالش و همسرش داشتن تلویزیون تماشا میکردن درب منزلش رو شکوندن و به بهانه گزارش دادن اسلحه داری خونه رو بازرسی کردن اسلحه که نبوده ولی اونها برادرم را بیگناه ربودن بردن و از اون خبری نبود تا سیزده روز بعد همسرش را وقتی سرویس مدرسه میبرده گوهردشت کرج از تو خیابون ربودن بردن برای شکنجه بیشتر برادرم و گرفتن اعتراف اجباری که باید قبول کنید مسجد فلان جا تو کرج رو شما آتیش زدید!!! بعد که مردم و رسانه ها کمک کردن و اسم برادرم را صدا زدند در داخل ایران و بیرون ایران مجبور شدن از مسجد آتیش زدن بیان به درست کردن ککتل مولوتوف برسند! همسر برادرم را با سند موقتا آزاد کردند ولی برادرم همچنان بلاتکلیف در زندان قزلحصار به سر میبرد و اولین دادگاهیشون انجام شده ولی هنوز حکم نداده قاضی که تو دادگاه گفته بیایید گردن بگیر که ککتل درست میکردید منم تخفیف میدم در مجازاتتون! همسر برادرم فریب خورده و قبول کرده ولی برادرم قبول نکرده گفته منو وزارت اطلاعات کرج شکنجه دادن ۵۶ روز در انفرادی زندان رجایی قبول نکردم اگه الان من قبول کنم یعنی جرم و کاری که نکردم را قبول کردم و قاضی عصبانی شده گفته برو بیرون از اتاقم!! هموطنان عزیز صدای برادرم و هزاران جوان بیگناه ایران باشید.

۵ ماه و نیم از تولد ۳۰ سالگیم میگذره؛ امروز کمی برای خودم خوشحال بودم و بالاخره حسش کردم؛ ضحاک قبل از بگا رفتنش چنان داغی به دلم گذاشته بود که فقط زنده بودم.

To the Secretary-General of the United Nations;

the Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Islamic Republic of Iran;
Amnesty International;
Human Rights Watch;
and political authorities of the United States of America and the State of Israel:

I write concerning three prisoners whose lives are in immediate danger: Najmeh Amini, Sobhan Esmailpour, and Ali Zarei. All three face execution. Their cases form part of a broader campaign of state killing. That campaign constitutes a crime against humanity and an act of mass killing. In method and in scale, it is a holocaust inflicted by the state upon the living.

Najmeh Amini is twenty-three years old. She is an accounting student and a resident of Mashhad. On 31 January 2026 she was arrested at Ferdowsi Bazaar in Mashhad. She was severely beaten at the time of arrest and transferred to Vakilabad Prison. From that prison she stated that a death sentence was issued on 16 September 2026. Of the three, her situation is the most defenceless. She is the youngest. She was seized in a public market, assaulted at the moment of capture, and, after months in detention, now stands under a reported sentence of death. She has committed no crime. The case against her is false. She remains at risk of hanging.

Sobhan Esmailpour is a dentist from Lahijan, born in 1989, and the father of two children. He was arrested in Lahijan during the crackdown that followed the events of January 2026. The pressure applied in detention was such that, in a brief telephone call to his family, he said he was being killed while still alive. A confession was extracted from him by force and subsequently broadcast by the state broadcasting organisation, IRIB. That broadcast does not establish guilt. It records coercion. He is not a criminal. Execution has been brought to the threshold of his cell.

Ali Zarei is approximately twenty-seven years of age. He was arrested on 28 April 2026 by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence upon entering Iran. In 2022, during the nationwide protests, he was struck by shotgun pellets and lost the sight of one eye. From Ghezel Hesar Prison he stated that a death sentence had been upheld. He was later transferred to solitary confinement. He did not commit the acts for which he is now to be put to death. If the sentence is carried out, the injury first inflicted in the street will be completed in prison.

These are not isolated files. They are three names taken from a system of arrest, confession under duress, and capital judgment. The pattern is collective. Where the gallows are used, the result is mass killing. International law describes such conduct as a crime against humanity. This letter names it accordingly: a holocaust of the condemned.

I request that the United Nations, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Special Rapporteur on Iran, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, and political figures of standing in the United States and Israel intervene without delay. What is required is a stay of execution, legal counsel of each prisoner’s choosing, independent medical examination, and the quashing of these sentences before they are carried out.
