@CityNewsTO I would like an explanation on how a one-time grocery rebate is supposed to help with a never-ending inflation problem? Ontario is becoming unsustainable to live in. Wages are low and the cost of living is increasing at a rapid rate.
@TheTorontoSun Oh yeah "far right ideology" ok buddy 🙄.
Tell me why everything has to be either left or right? Why not just "some people are cűnts", end of story.
@theJagmeetSingh This is the state of Brampton eight now. How can anyone survive. Add transportation, fuel, phone, internet, groceries, utilities... a $30/hr job is just above the poverty line. Ontario is in for a rude awakening.
@CP24 Then also explain where we will now gather that lost revenue from? A tax perhaps? 🤔. It sounds like someone is just making empty or unrealistic promises to get elected.
@jenncarr When I have wanted more money, both past and present, I show my employer that I am worth more money by doing more, learning more, and being more productive. What exactly is it you folks are doing in any of those categories that would warrant a wage increase?
@psac_afpc@cafreeland Welcome to the average Canadian employee bracket bud! We don't even get lube. We have to take it dry or not at all. Quit whining about wages, benefits, and pensions far above the average Canadian. And let's not forget more paid holidays. Cry me a river 😑
@theJagmeetSingh@psac_afpc Yeah, poor government workers with their above average, possibly great, wages, good benefits, double the holidays of the average worker, plus who knows what other perks. My heart bleeds 🙄
@CP24 We are way behind the times for a "developed" country. Not to mention getting royaly screwed by the telecommunications industry at every turn. There is zero competition so they can charge ridiculously high rates for terrible services.
