A tree planting ceremony was held this week to celebrate a visit of delegates from Sharjah Private Education Authority and the University of Sharjah. This follows a previous visit with @BristolUni to Sharjah, to sign an agreement to deliver education and research programmes.
Today we welcomed colleagues from @BristolUni prior to a two-day visit from representatives from the Emirate of Sharjah in the UAE. Researchers presented on animal health, sustainable agriculture, soils and land contamination and remediation, and Earth observation.
