What utter bollocks. I paid for 24hr tracking on Wednesday. It still hasn’t been delivered 72hrs later. It’s a gift too so I’m guessing it’s gone AWOL. @RoyalMail no wonder people don’t use you anymore. An absolute joke!

@RoyalMail It's amazing how one of your drivers messes up and delivers a package to the wrong address then has the nerve to come and tell me where they misdelivered it to and expect me to fix it for them. The residents of the house they delivered to are not answering the door 1/n
