How #Samsung no longer cares for it's loyal consumers.

I have used Galaxy S2, S4, S6, S9, Note 20 Ultra & upgraded to Fold6 in Nov'24.

Within 14 months of purchase the inner screen has cracked with no fault of mine & '0' empathy from Samsung.

Not buying Samsung ever again..

5. ETD revised to 1.42 pm and then 1.44 pm and a new support exec assigned for chat. Mr. Nitin.
6. ETD crossed 1 hour from time of order
7. Refund request refused by Nitin citing a mere delay of 4 mins.

Look at the audacity they had, conflicting themselves and seeking charges.

Timeline is as below:

1. Order placed - 12.40 pm
2. Customer Service revised ETD to 1.36 pm at 1.06 pm
3. ETD revised to 1.42pm, so asked to cancel order at 1.23pm
4. Support Exec refused refund and demanded cancellation fees instead. Citing mere 9 minutes delay
