Daniel Walker from plumley has been jailed for 11 years after sexually abusing a child.
He has been convicted of three counts of assaulting a girl under 13 by touching, two counts of assaulting a girl under 13 by penetration, and three counts of inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
The victim in this case disclosed she had been abused by Walker between the ages of 7 and 12. ⛔️⛔️⛔️

A convicted rapist said he didn't think it was wrong to take voyeuristic photographs of a woman without her knowledge, because he only wanted them to masturbate to.
Stefan Foleher's behaviour was described as “an utter disgrace” by a judge at Bradford Crown Court.
Prosecutor Jessica Lister said the photographs were found on Foleher’s mobile phone and his behaviour was reported to police.
Foleher, 26, of Prescott Street, Halifax, who was previously convicted of raping a schoolgirl that in 2015. He was sentenced to just 21 months
Stefan Foleher later said that he didn’t think what he had done was wrong, and that he planned to use the pictures to masturbate to.
The victim of Foleher’s voyeurism was present in court and read a statement in which she said she felt “violated and unsafe”, had installed cameras at her home, and was planning to move away because of what had happened.
Her Honour Judge Kirstie Watson sentenced Foleher to nine months imprisonment suspended for 18 months and imposed a ten-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order.
She said there was “still work to be done” with Foleher to address the risk of him committing other offences and to protect the public.
She told Foleher: “Your behaviour towards [the victim] was an utter disgrace” and said he required ongoing work to prevent him repeating his offending with anyone else.
She ordered Foleher to undertake 24 rehabilitation activity requirement days and a 26-day Building Choices programme.
She ordered the forfeiture and destruction of his mobile phone.
Foleher is already subject to lifelong registration as a sex offender, but this latest matter sees a registration period of ten years.

After killing her, Iran’s security forces stormed the morgue, sexually abused, and sent the images to her husband as a weapon of terror.
Today in a deeply disturbing case, Ahmad Khodaei, husband of Salehe Akbari, an Iranian nurse who secretly helped wounded protester during the January uprising, has reportedly attempted suicide following months of pressure, threats, and alleged abuse by Iranian security forces.
Ahmad had sent me all the evidence the psychological torture he endured, and the details of how his wife was shot directly to my Instagram.
Today, I was shocked to learn that he has attempted suicide.
Akbari, a nurse and outdoor enthusiast, was shot dead inside her home during a raid by security agents. Ahmad was beaten, detained for 11 days, and repeatedly threatened to remain silent about what he witnessed.
Khodaei said that after killing his wife, agents later accessed her body in the morgue and committed acts of sexual abuse, sending him images in what appears to be a deliberate attempt to psychologically torture him.
The couple had been helping injured protesters seek medical care, avoiding state-run hospitals out of fear of arrest. Days later, their home was targeted.
Following his release from detention, Ahmad have faced ongoing harassment and intimidation. The sustained psychological pressure have driven him to attempt to take his own life. His current condition remains unclear.
This is what a brutal regime does when it fears its own people.
Salehe and Ahmad were a young couple in love, their lives filled with hope, their days filled with purpose. They were saving the lives the wounded. And for that, she was shot in her home.
He was detained, threatened, and psychologically broken.
The world cannot look away.

'Eddie’s owner sadly passed away and we’ve had him in EB for assessments, we now know him well enough to be able to find him the space he needs.
Eddie, 5 year old in May. Belgian malinois. Castrated recently, 1st vaccine done and 2nd due soon so will likely complete course before he’s placed, flea and worm also done.
Eddie acts like an adolescent but basic commands are good. Has lived with other dogs no issues but likes all the attention so may be better as a single dog long term.
Good on lead when hes focussed.
Friendly lad with people. When he bonds, he wants all of you to himself, but no malice.
He comes from working lines but is not ‘Maligator’.
