I'm a big fan of the Business Model Canvas, but it's not always that applicable to digital products or the modern startup. This updated canvas by @ashmaurya however is.
One of the coolest pieces of merch a startup has ever dropped.
A Letterman Jacket! 🔥 so unique
@aliniikk and the team @micro1_ai are becoming the go-to place to find a top developer within days.
But first an analogy. Imagine a dinner party with a single round table — it will result in a “single threaded” discussion. Now imagine the lobby of a conference — many “multi-threaded” discussions at once.
Most meetings are single-threaded. Sometimes appropriate, but often a waste of time.
Multi-threaded meetings increase velocity, and these are my four favorite ways to run them:

The single best founders I work with share one trait:
They have a minimal time between decision and action.
Does not mean they decide fast. They can take a long time to make a decision but once decided, the speed they move at is unparalleled. No delays.
Do less, but better. When traveling, stay in the same place for a while instead of hopping between cities. When attending a conference, just try to make a few good connections. When visiting a museum, focus on your favorite paintings instead of trying to see every single one.
I get a message about once / day saying the outbound champagne campaign we ran at Brex, or a variation I suggest to the founder or sales leader, is the best performing demand gen campaign the company has ever tried. A couple examples attached.
Comment below with a 1 sentence description of your business, your buyer segment and persona, and your ACV, and I’ll reply with an idea for an outbound campaign for you. Example: corporate cards and expense management software, startup founders, $50k. I’ll respond to as many as I can while on this 8 hour flight.
One of my favorite time management essays is “Maker’s Schedule, Manager’s Schedule” by Paul Graham (@paulg) of Y Combinator fame. Give it a read.
As Brad Feld (@bfeld) and many others have observed, great creative work isn’t possible if you’re trying to piece together 30 minutes here and 45 minutes there. Large, uninterrupted blocks of time—3-5 hours minimum—create the space needed to find and connect the dots. And one block per week isn’t enough. There has to be enough slack in the system for multi-day CPU-intensive synthesis. For me, this means at least 3-4 mornings per week where I am in “maker” mode until at least 1pm.
If I’m in reactive mode, maker mode is all but impossible.

Starting to believe there's something between the response time of easy-to-answer emails and business or career success.
The simplest form of bias towards action is when you see a small task for the first time, do you just tick it off the list right away, or come back later.
So there you go.

5) Machine: Sitepoint needs a new content machine that pomps out relevant actionable posts and content to compete against the bigger players. Using outsourced talent via @weareshepherd could be a lifeline. Start with pillar content, then chop it up into micro posts to run ads on.
