@RITB_@DrAnnieHickox I don’t think it is about eliminating diagnosis from clinical practice altogether. The real issue is about how the message is delivered; what happens after the label is applied. Does the person walk away with a fixed message about themselves or an actionable one?
@central01000011 Gluten-free, lactose-free, garlic & onion free, selected fruit & vege (not stone). There are garlic & onion replacements & infused oil. It seems to be more about the quantity of the irritants consumed rather than complete abstinence. Diff irritants for diff people.
