@liddle_4_ever @stuyoung1979 @MartinSLewis @CornwallInsight I have my annual consumption for each year going back to 2016… we were using between 3500kwh and 4800kwh a year. Our house is really warm so only have hot water on for half an hour each day and heating is only on when it's really cold.

@Mikeyboy3367 @MartinSLewis @CornwallInsight The number of units is four times higher than our usual number of units, the read on our meter matches the read they have, it's almost like the meter when crazy between October and April.... we are in a new build so don't usually have the heating on for more than 3 hours a day

@stuyoung1979 @MartinSLewis @CornwallInsight We've gone from around 4000KwH per year consumption with the old meter to over 13000KwH with the new meter... no additional usage that we know of, same program set on boiler etc... really need some help as EDF are saying a meter can't be faulty and then rectify itself.

@Injusticestowa1 @MartinSLewis same thing happened to me this year... I have an electric wheelchair that has to be charged each day and the warm home wiscount money helped towards the cost of charging my chair :/

@MartinSLewis @MartinSLewis , Do you have any advise for those of us that usually get the warm home discount but this year were told not eligible as its now decided on how energy efficient they are.. I have higher energy costs due to the medical equipment I have.
