On March 3, a 24-hour complete ban on very heavy vehicles was issued on 12 entry points of the city, which includes khadi machine chowk. Who is responsible to ensure its followed?? @PuneCityPolice@MORTHIndia@NHAI_Official@traffic
This is Friedrich Nietzsche.
His writings on "finding purpose" will change your life.
His work is dense like his mustache; I’ve read it so you don’t have to.
A 7-step guide to find your purpose:
“Public opinion is a weak tyrant compared with our own private opinion. What a man thinks of himself, that it is which determines, or rather indicates, his fate.”
-Henry David Thoreau, ‘Walden’
I wonder how many people are silently suffering, watching their life go by, and never doing half the things they know they are capable of doing.
And watching people with a fraction of the ability lap them because they just took action.
That's got to take a toll.
Clarity isn't about knowing what you want to do with your life, it's about knowing what you want to do this week.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to know your next step.
An early setback can become the catalyst for a wonderful next chapter-if you channel the emotion effectively. Disappointment is a hot burning fuel. Let it light your fire to become better.

7 tips for better sleep:
• Daily movement
• No caffeine after noon
• Practice 4-7-8 breathing
• Avoid naps after 2:30 pm
• Block blue light before bed
• Wake and sleep at same time daily
• Create a sleep cave: silent, dark, cold
7) Prioritize Sleep & Sunshine
Sleep lowers cortisol & helps sugar metabolism.
Sunshine provides vitamin D & enhances insulin sensitivity.
The combination fights IR.
Make sure to get:
• 7.5+ hours of sleep
• 5-10 min of morning sun
• 30 min of total sun time daily
6) Lift Weights
You don't need to dedicate your life to the gym to reverse IR, get lean, or improve your health.
You just need to do enough to trigger muscle building.
2-3x a week is enough if you:
• pick proper exercises
• use a full-body split
• train to failure
5) 3 meals x 50g of Protein
• Get 50g of protein at each meal (30g if female)
• Best protein sources: lean meats, fish, eggs, whey
• 3 meals a day, no snacks (minimizes blood sugar variability)
More protein = more muscle
And muscle is a sponge for blood sugar
4) Manage Carb Intake
Fewer carbs = less blood sugar
Less blood sugar = lower insulin
Low-carb interventions alone pull people off of 100s of units of insulin in days to weeks (not good for Pharma).
Limit carbs below 100g/day.
3) Walk After Meals
This lowers post-meal blood sugar spikes.
Find ways to make this as attractive as possible:
• listen to podcasts or music
• watch Netflix if you have to
• start slow (5min is better than nothing)
