@Alexzander15820 @Saxon_African This is a frustrating position to be in. I got a Honors degree in plant biotechnology. Worked for 3 years earning the R5k. Worked up to management position. Only got a raise when I said I was leaving. Eventually left.

My advice is to build up your experience, record everything.
