ECMO in this study not helpful in out of hospital cardiac arrest. But done in low-volume ECMO centers. So have we reached the limit of medical care - i.e. not even ECMO can help these patients? Or do we need to specialize in high volume centers.

@reallykylebaker Totally get it. Although since the instances are all connected yet separate, no one with $44B to burn can waltz in and push the Self-Destruct Button on the entire system— because Mastodon is a whole lot of interconnected systems. So that’s something to consider.
