@HankFrank Was running 85 mpw for 20+ weeks before dealing with some Achilles issues in late January. Shifted fully to the bike from February through April—and came back to run my fastest Boston Marathon in 2:43.

Let’s just say…I’m officially a big believer in the bike. This post is 100!
