@Runner1187 Definitely for hard intervals 😁, although if not feeling well or injured then I’d reduce intensity/rest. But intervals are supposed to be hard 💪
@mingimapetla Congrats. You can get a lot of great work done on the treadmill (although personally I struggle with it). So well done on getting the result. Hard work and consistency pays off
@MikeTNelson In a series of training blocks, you ideally want both. Zone 2 lets you build a bigger aerobic engine with low impact. Too much high intensity work raises injury risk, but the higher intensity stuff is also needed for VO2 max gains. Test what works for each you
@brookeleblanc Many don’t want to acknowledge the sacrifices paid for success. The hard work, commitment and consistency. They want the rewards from the effort they’re not willing to put in and hence they make these sorts of comments about others.
Well done on all your efforts and success 🙌
@DavidDack Day before a 10hr flight did a parkrun, going into final 100m guy gave me look over the shoulder and tempted me into a sprint finish. I didn’t back down and pipped him to the line… didn’t stop properly going over the finish line and then had a lower back pain for a week 😩
@runliftrunlift Nice. I got the vomero 18 from Nike earlier this year and find them really comfortable for long runs. Got a good deal recently for about £65, so bought 2 pairs.
