Coaches and sport scientists - could you help contribute to a short ~20min survey on your input on athletes and fiber typing? We have a great international team here, which will help inform future research! @TeamDerave // Can I get some RTs? // https://t.co/Kqd80nU0Cp
@WiscoBergstrom Thanks! I figured that strengthening my cardiovascular system and losing a bit of weight were two of the best things I could do in the absence of any vaccine as yet.
Been running between 10-20 miles every week since my school went remote in March, feeling like a runner again! I figure it's one of the best things I can do to COVID-proof my body as I prepare to head back in the classroom in a few weeks.
@hshawjr207 It will be interesting for sure. Since we are starting several weeks earlier than other area schools, I’m hoping we get a few weeks of time in person so I can develop relationships before we might have to consider going remote again.
@adrian_palumbo I really enjoyed my run in them yesterday. I had tried the Zoom Fly in when it first came out and was worried about medial stability due to the narrow sole, but this one felt great.
