@HMHAVC152@Bradlito1@MOON_WALKER6 Maybe. He ran 9.74 with good wind and 9.78 with no wind that day. That 9.78 is more a 9.70 with good wind and his PB 9.72 in no wind also is about 9.65 with good wind. I think he was smooth to that 9.74 but so many great sprints are smooth. Maybe 9.70 that day full throttle.
@JKalala19 I’ve studied this and I know what you’re saying, but people talk about technology improvements like it could actually be anything >.05 difference today.
@Tmoneybags007@NinoBlaxk03@TrackGazette The NCAA are pre-professionals. They’re good but usually a higher class of athletes win Commonwealths, and it’s still not the degree of competition at world indoors, where it has actual Olympic rematches, etc.
@HMHAVC152@Bradlito1@MOON_WALKER6 Right. I’m glad to see someone say this. For him to run under 9.6 would mean he accelerated after 80m, and that literally never happens. The people saying anything 9.5 or even 9.4 must be the crazy people we hear from Florida or whatnot. A 9.63 is all the most likely.
@Paco514@mexicanchloe@MichelleMaison7@elonmusk Because there’s no “race to the moon” anymore and it’s infinitely more valuable to send machines across space than humans who need constant resources.
@ktnago13@peacock American coverage is truly trash. Ads galore. Discussions about some events instead of showcasing all events. Eurovision Sport is easy to access all the events without interruption.
