Your website shouldn't be allowing people to book in for services that can't be provided. Very frustrating.

@Vitality_UK I'm a bit confused about how your points work on life insurance policies, yesterday I did 14k+ steps, plus 45mins in the gym tracked via my Garmin. Appreciate the gym may not count due to HR but surely I should still get 8 points for the steps? But I've not got any?

@DunelmUK I placed an order for made to measure curtains 6 weeks ago. When I ordered I was told they'd be ready by January 1st. Even giving some wiggle room for Christmas I would've expected them to be ready weeks ago. How can I get an update as to their whereabouts?
