@easyJetholidays There is a plane load of people at lanzarote airport. Flight ezy8134 was cancelled last night. Due to go at 15.45 today. Now it’s 20.20 as crew not here but plane is. There is no update, no one telling us what is happening and tempers are raining, people are crying. update

@AvantiWestCoast hi - app query. Why is the app now charging £20 per return journey to change a ticket. You used to be able to change it for free until 6pm the night b4 travel? Makes it so inflexible. Thanks
