Hello @amazonIN@AmazonHelp This looks like a scam. My husband ordered an SSD enclosure and he recieved a piece of wood with a sticker on it. He made a video of unboxing and then initiated for a return. (404-2556554-0633147)

MacBook Pro (M3 Max 128 GB RAM 8 TB SSD) is stuck at Apple Saket since 29 Oct, 2025
On 18 Oct 2025: My Macbook abruptly stopped working and wouldn't turn on.
29 October 2025.: I could only get the appointment from apple Saket. Laptop was submitted on with repair ID: R689917375
On 5 Nov, 2025: I received an email that there was a new issue found: “liquid damage” (even there was none) Regardless I approved the requotation on 5 Nov, 2025
I have been trying to contacting the Apple Saket store, but no one is picking up the call. It has gone answered multiple times for multiple days.
How hard is it to take a call and share an update?
I moved from Singapore to India. Bought my MacBook Pro from Singapore, Marina Bay Sands.
@Apple@AppleSupport it’s been 11 days since I submitted my MacBook Pro at Apple Saket. Can someone please respond?
I live 2 hours away in Apple Saket, I can’t just walk in for updates.
Need clarity on repair timeline or return process.
Today is 10 Nov — no update, no calls answered.
Gave my MacBook for repair under Apple warranty and haven’t received a single update. Is it just the Indian market or has @Apple@AppleSupport lost its customer experience edge? @IshanGirdhar

Honestly shocked by the poor service from @VijaySales and @Electrolux Bought an Electrolux fridge on June 5 from Vijay Sales and the chiller tray was damaged during installation. Was told it’ll be replaced in a week.
It’s now the end of July and NOTHING. Just endless follow-ups and excuses. Now I’m being told it might come in August? Why should I wait 2+ months for a damaged part in a brand new fridge? @Electrolux
