@AshwiniVaishnaw @IRCTCofficial Bharat Darshan Gaurav Train NZBG26 started from Agra on dated 4 Dec 23 for Gangasagar was suppose to return in Jhansi on 13 Dec 23. Without any prior info train route is diverted and Jhansi station bypassed. All Jhansi passengers to deboard in GWL

Service centre playing games and cancelling my SR's without resolution.
No senior management calling back for any feedback or due diligence.
