Hi All, I applied for air fiber installation NO0001EQ7ONU and recieved email that it will be installed on 21st July but till date no communication about installation .
Pls revert ASAP when it will be installed. Rambhadur who came for KYC is disconnecting my call.

@airtelnews Airtel is having worst customer support, my Internet is not working for last 5 days and there is no one to.listwn my complaint, only false assurance, service engineer disconnecting the call.... frustrating and really disappointing....

No internet service in dehradun for last 2 days and Your Dehradun team( Sunny, Narender etc) is worst and most arrogant. ...... I really feel like a stupid, for disconnecting Jio and installing Airtel.....
