This story is about a brilliant, hardworking, and intelligent Nigerian Harvard University graduate.
On her graduation day, her mother's fellow market women and close community members showed up in full force to celebrate her achievement and demonstrate their love and support.
Many of them traveled all the way from Nigeria, and their presence was a powerful reminder that genuine love, loyalty, and community know no distance. Their joy, pride, and energy filled the occasion and made the celebration even more meaningful.
This is yet another reminder that our markets are much more than places of buying and selling. They are communities built on trust, kindness, shared experiences, and friendships that can last a lifetime. The relationships formed there often extend far beyond business, becoming a source of unwavering support through life's most important milestones.
May this inspire us all to build meaningful relationships, nurture genuine connections, show kindness freely, and always be willing to support others whenever we can. The seeds of love and generosity we sow today often return to us in the most beautiful and unexpected ways.
I think if you can do all these certifications, and more importantly, beyond the certifications, you really understood whatโs being taught, I donโt see any reason why you shouldnโt be able to structure your CV & apply for entry level roles in supply chain.
Thanks for this once again Ifeoma
Alhamdulillah! ๐ค๐
With hearts full of gratitude and joy, weโre overjoyed to announce that in the early hours of yesterday, Allah (SWT) blessed my husband and me with the most precious gift ,our beautiful baby boy. ๐ค
Alhamdulillah, our little prince, mummy, and daddy are all doing well.
We pray that Allah (SWT) keep him under his divine protection, grant him good health, wisdom, strong Imaan, and makes him a source of joy, peace, and barakah in this life and the next. Ameen. ๐คฒ๐ฝ
Alhamdulillah for His mercy, His perfect timing, and for making us parents. Truly, every praise belongs to Allah. ๐ค
WALKING THE TALK!!!
Beyond tweeting & ranting from the comfort of my room in Europe, I joined other comrades in Ibadan today on a peaceful protest to demand for the immediate release of our kids, wives, fathers & mothers abducted in Oriire.
The remaining #45 must be rescued with the speed it deserves.
@officialABAT & @seyimakinde must leave no stone unturned in getting them out of the dungeon.

Asalam Alaykum Waramotulah Wabarakatu, thank you all for the donations so far.
We met with the management of the mosque to discuss the intended project and how to execute it, we had a long discussion with the Imam and he explained a few things to us;
He mentioned that since the mosque space is currently a temporary structure, they are already working on erecting a permanent building in the same place which is a storey building, so the ceiling replacement might be a short term Sadaqah Jariyah.
The mosque needs a lot of money to execute the permanent building and they are currently open to more donations and sponsorship.
We would like the public to suggest if all the money should be donated towards the mosque project or how can we go about being part of the project?
Attached is the amount raised and the mosque proposed building plan.

Today, while watching a series by Omar Suleiman about Zayd ibn Harithah, both my sons, Zayd and Saโad, were sitting with me. When the whole episode focused on Zayd, little Saโad turned to me and said, โMummy, why didnโt he talk about me too?โ ๐
So immediately, we switched to the story of Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas. His face lit up. In that moment, I realized something again: we donโt just choose beautiful names for our children; we choose legacies. We choose stories they can grow into.
I have so many names written down for my future children, names of courage, faith, and sacrifice. One of them is Nusaybah bint Ka'ab (Obรฌnrin รgรบn๐), the woman who stood like a shield for the Prophet s.a.w. I want my children to know these giants, to love them, to walk in their footsteps.
There is something about the Sahabah that pulls at my heart: their nobility, their sincerity, their lives. They are where I draw so much of my knowledge and inspiration. May Allah increase them in honor and make us among those who love them, learn from them, and raise children who carry their light. Ameen.
Ramadan is in approximately 8 days, a sacred time when generosity blossoms & communities unite in compassion. A season that reminds us of the power of giving & the beauty of sharing blessings with those around us in dire need

Every day, millions of women, our weak seniors, and children spend hours looking for water to drink, cook, and bath
Today, an alarming 2.2 billion individuals lack consistent access to clean drinking water. Be the change agent for the Ummah. With every droplet that nurtures lifeโbe it human, animal, or plantโyou'll accumulate blessings that last a lifetime.
There are so many of our Muslim brothers and sisters in Nigeria who do not get to have a sumptuous meal each day, and fasting during Ramadan reminds a good number of the fortunate muslims of that reality in a difficult, visceral way.
We are connected, all of us in this temporary dunya. Please, if Allah [swt] has blessed you,

Islam constantly teaches us to care for those around us and have an empathetic attitude towards all of Allah [swt] creations
Feeding indigent muslims during Ramadan is a tangible expression of our compassion towards those who are less fortunate
