lol, well the fun fact after looking at this adult shop guess who it target market is “adults who need sex products” it’s actually asking for “all people sex on premises license” so even more straight might go there.

Personally I don’t think we need a venue like this in the CBD since we have steamworks in northbridge. But the biggest difference between that venue and this one being proposed is it would allow women to have sex at the venue too - so not really my type of market if am being honest.
