AVOID @_TAPAirPortgal! TAP displayed the wrong gate for my flt. I missed the flight while waiting at the gate listed on my boarding pass, departure boards & @ the gate. I had to buy replacement flts. TAP refused reimbursement and later canceled my pd return tkt w/o notifying me.

@tapairportugal Opodo has not helped and a voucher won't buy food. I have asked my credit company to decline the charge. It might be a week before they respond so you have time to reconsider. If you issue a refund, I will cancel the request to decline and think better of TAP. 261/2004.

I will not be able to reschedule this travel and, therefore, request a full cash refund in accordance with EU Regulation 261/2004. What do I need to do?

@RealBraw @KeithCawley Maybe. But... If the virus can incubate for 2 wks b4 symptoms appear (if at all), what would "screening" entail? Wouldn't it have 2b a full-on lab test, with admission to the room pending results? Which, I understand can take a day or more? Or maybe I'm not smart. ;-)
