QWE - qualifying work experience - has been introduced in England & Wales in connection with the SQE reforms for qualifying as a solicitor. Some of these questions are linked to law clinics and as such of relevance to CLEO and many of its members.
Two CLEO trustees are involved with a QWE-related project, garnering the views of those in law firms responsible for recruiting and/or training trainees and paralegals.

@AdamWagner1 There were a different set of rules in place in March/June 2020 to June 2021. Look at the amendments to the regulations. In June 2021, we were on the way out of lockdowns and the regulations were more relaxed as to he type and purpose of gathering allowed
@nicoleftaylor It’s difficult to comment without knowing the charges or the facts. If ir is in different cases, it’s a matter of public record and you could be asked about the different things in different cases to show you are untruthful.

@Smaylors If people with less risk of dying had the vaccine to protect the community and that it wasn’t just about the risk the them of getting a bit poorly or having no symptoms - meaning we can all get back to some semblance of normality. It hadn’t crossed their minds.
