Also please let me know what action is being taken as refunding simply wont solve the problem as the owner has been banning members for silly reasons

@PabloSantanaT Why not make your homepage as your landing page? Your homepage has some nice links so that will be much easier to rank. Just optimize the homepage for your lander id thats possible. Sometimes its better to pivot seo strategy based on what Big G shows you in GSC
