@GaelicSense@PlayerGaelic 💯 all of that plus allocate different scoring values to each player….maybe a point from a weaker player is worth 3 or even 5 points…teammates will intentionally look for that player
@GaelicStatsApp Agree completely….Derry never looked confident even when going for 2 points…Monaghan had at least 5 different players score a two pointer
@MKBurke1@TomasORuanaidh Ok…but my understanding is that the clock should not be stopped for a sideline ball….same as goal kick etc….am I not correct here?
@CiDeely Thanks Ciaran….i just thought that a sideline ball was regarded as ‘general play’…..the only other thing I would query is I always thought the referee’s final whistle meant the game was over
@PlayerGaelic Brilliant premise and the game can be adapted in so many ways to allow certain behaviours to develop eg the team that loses possession (and therefore a point) can get their point back if they force their own turnover within 10 secs of losing it….that one ticks a lot of boxes
@shanetcurran@adamkeys_ Truthfully….winning the PL is the most important thing and nobody will really care how it’s done but stats are just that…..Pep’s teams were a joy to watch (as a neutral)
@shanetcurran@adamkeys_ Seriously….Think it’s fair to say Pep has a bit of credit banked….Arsenal may win the PL but will be remembered for a horrible brand of football
@CahairOKane1 Fair question to ask Cahair and fair enough response from Jim (maybe a little chippy 😅)…..definitely struck a nerve…everyone has a job to do and part of Jim’s to create that siege mentality….
