today has been the MOST EMBARRASSING day I can ever remember for NFL refs

absolutely trash in so many games across the board

The #Commanders outgained the Colts 317 to 257, won the turnover battle 2 to 1, and still lost by 17.

Penalties:
Commanders: 10 for 84 yards
Colts: 1 for 5 yards

The flags swung the scoreboard:

- An unnecessary roughness call on 3rd & 14 turned a likely Colts field goal into a TD
- A false start turned 3rd & 12 into 3rd & 17, and the INT on the next snap set up a 20-yard Colts TD drive
- An illegal shift and a hold erased an 87-yard Kaliakmanis to Antonio Williams TD that would've tied it at 20
- 4 of the 10 flags came on special teams, for 43 yards

In my opinion, some of those calls were soft, and the refs missed a few that should've gone our way. That said, the false starts and the delay of game are on us. Those are fixable.
