@jilltodkar@Uber@Uber_Support is the definition of why removing humans and going fully AI is the absolute WORST. You only ever really need them in an emergency or if your driver is doing something wild, and no matter what, you’ll never be able speak to an actual live person.
@bradleytyler20@ScottBarrettDFB Yea this is one of those cases you look at numbers and just throw the shit away. Even if it’s comparing guys in just their own classes, this is saying that 47% of the WRs in Clavins class weighed more than 240 lbs? This makes zero sense.
@it_a_me_knowlzy There’s literally hikes in Arizona where, due to the route being rocky and no set path, the only “trail” is to follow is marked by carins
@nickgerli1 The factor you’re leaving out is home owners insurance. Companies are pulling polices from hurricane zones buying house with a mortage REQUIREDs you to get HOI. With few options for ins, the premiums have skyrocketed causing the price of houses to drop to afford mortage and ins
@_CLEology My brother used to talk about this! An underrated guy who was excellent at this was John Brown at Buffalo. He said every one of his routes looked exactly the same from the DB’s perspective
Morning!
So I’ve done this once before, but after acquiring the /25, I figured it was time to restart the hunt. I am reaching out to the community to see if anyone out there had a lead on any of my brothers national treasures 1/1s (card and/or plates)? I appreciate it in advance
@KobeissiLetter Our energy prices are skyrocketing in Virginia and it’s mostly to make up for the data centers. The public shouldn’t be responsible to cover these costs
@PFTCommenter Octopus are actually an alien species that crashed here millions of years ago. Probably not a big enough topic to deep dive but they fascinate me.
@theos45@MoMorry@JayblesBrown@mrgrozz Okay I’m out. Provide you with real examples and context as to why it matters and get hit with the “level of effort people don’t want to put in”. It’s you who wants people to do everything and then when are provided with evidence, move the goalpost. Have a nice one.
@theos45@MoMorry@JayblesBrown@mrgrozz It matters but it’s not the only thing. When Ty signed in San Fran, they openly acknowledged it was expensive to live there and they had high taxes, but to offset that they made every single thing about the facility state of the art. So teams must attract players in other ways
@theos45@MoMorry@JayblesBrown@mrgrozz I’m talking strictly state income tax. I’m well aware the athletes have to pay in the city they play in and not just their home state. I’m using easy numbers as examples. My brother played for 9 years in NFL. If you don’t think this stuff matters when signing, you’re just wrong.
