@MTPHereToHelp Auto Rickshaw meter tampering boarded the rick from chandivali to Midc andheri. Meter has a blinking dot when running and the same turns off when stops

Hired an auto from MIDC to chandivali ended up in a meter tampering scam.. Auto meter runs at double speed.. You can clearly see two dots one in the middle and one at the end blinking fast. Dot disappears when auto stops or halts.
