There is some eosinophilic granularity to the cytoplasm which is interesting.

@EleFiorlettaMD The more questions to do, the more comfortable you’ll feel on test day. ASCP and PathDojo are closest to the style of the exam. PathPrimer is more verbose, but still helpful. Tons of questions in conjunction with lecture series like Osler and Oakstone did the trick for me.

There’s counseling the individual for their best financial outcome, and then there’s counseling a community. Educated docs are not a luxury.
