I believe the committee thinks the 5th place team in most P5 conferences could go undefeated or at least win the others most years. About beating OSU at OSU. PAC 12 is always an interesting beast. On any given day Stanford, WSU,ASU, UCLA, USC,Wash can get ya. Some similarities to Big 12, but too many multiple loss teams to keep any ranked high enough this time of year.

Woke up& won second half 35-13. But, a blow out was needed in that game to convince pollsters.Agreed.13-0 in. 12-1 out.
