@Cyberdost The intention to help genuine victims is appreciated, but how can refunds be processed without a proper investigation and due process?

If someone buys an iPhone for ₹1,00,000 through a legitimate bank transfer and then immediately files a cybercrime complaint, the seller's account may get frozen. If refunds are issued based only on a complaint or preliminary report, what safeguards exist to protect innocent recipients and legitimate businesses?

There must be robust verification, evidence review, and an opportunity for affected account holders to be heard before any refund is processed. Otherwise, the system could be vulnerable to misuse and false claims.
