At 49 years, I am more cautious of consuming beans, milk, and other gas-forming foods,
Because of irritable bowel syndrome,
Caused by sickle cell disorder.
Sometimes, sickle cell disorder can take us on a different terrain from where others tread.

Based on my experience with chronic fatigue syndrome,
I have observed that migraine can linger for weeks,
Alternating between acute and dull pain,
And the pain may trigger a pain crisis or myalgia.
There is so much to learn about sickle cell disorder,
May God grant us the wisdom to learn, treat, and cure it,
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ.
